This workshop uses interactive group exercises, presentations and real-life practice sessions. Each delegate will receive peer feedback in a supervised workshop.
Some pre-work is required, including completing and receiving feedback on the MBTI® Step II questionnaire.

Delegates must attend the following sessions during the workshop to achieve the MBTI Step II instrument qualification:

  • Construction and development of the MBTI Step II instrument
  • Familiarisation with the 20 facet scales
  • Feedback and interpretation skills
  • Technical elements, including reliability and validity
  • Analysis of case studies, including a team profile
  • Recommended practical approaches when working with groups and teams.

To attend this workshop, you must be a qualified practitioner of the MBTI Step I instrument. It is particularly beneficial for those who wish to take their understanding and interpretation of the MBTI instrument one stage further, including:

  • Human resources professionals
  • Training and organisational development specialists
  • Line managers, consultants and other professionals with responsibility for managing people
  • Occupational psychologists.

On completion of this workshop, you will:

  • Become a qualified practitioner of the MBTI Step II instrument, allowing you to purchase and administer the questionnaire, interpret the results and conduct feedback sessions with candidates
  • Be able to use the MBTI Step II instrument in teambuilding, one-to-one development and many more applications
  • Be able to build on work done with the MBTI
Step I instrument framework, exploring and interpreting unique personality in depth.
